Shipping and Returns
Standard Domestic Shipping Rates
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We currently only offer free shipping within Metro Manila.
Nationwide shipping rates are available upon request but varies depending on destination and weight of item. Kindly send us your address and product you want shipped, along with quantity, to receive a more accurate estimate.
Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday.
We will contact you via SMS with the phone number you provided at the checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Please inform us ahead of time if you have additional white glove shipping requests or special instructions for delivery; if you need additional manpower, such as assistance in moving your items from the entrance to your desired spot or you require installers; if you want to request for additional packaging (if your space is still under renovation) or if you want to have it crated for shipment. There might be additional charges depending on the request.
These are only estimates based on our current local shipping partners. This may change anytime. Final shipping cost will be stated on the invoice.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a message notification from us for the estimated arrival.
If you haven’t received your item within 7 days (or for custom items, 60 days), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please check your item upon arrival for any defects, damages or missing parts and let us know so we can help.
Returns and Refunds
We do our very best to provide quality, well-made products that you will love. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution.
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount excluding any shipping costs for the return.
All sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
All custom items are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you.
Delivery fee and other delivery costs are non-refundable.

Items Damaged in Delivery
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address such concerns with a case-by-case basis but try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refund Time Frame
Refunds for product returns may take anywhere between from 1 to 2 billing cycles, however so long as you receive our confirmation via email, you will surely receive it within the aforementioned timeframe.
