For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to WELLMADE Supply Studio, whose Instagram handle is @wmsupplystudio. The "Prize" refers to the three raffle giveaway items at stake: one (1) Yosemite Petit Side Table,  one (1) Caitlyn Fully-Upholstered Dining Chair, and two (2) night's stay at Filo Maker's Airbnb in San Juan, La Union.

1. Entry Period:

• The giveaway entry period is from December 7 and extends to February 7, 2024, ending at 11:59 PM.

• There will be THREE (3) separate winners, each winning one Prize respectively.

2. Drawing and Announcement:

• The drawing of each winner will take place on the following dates: Caitlyn Dining Chair (December 22, 2023) — Yosemite Petit Side Table (January 8, 2024) — 2 Nights at Filo Makers Airbnb (February 7, 2024).

• Each drawing result will be announced on WELLMADE's official Instagram page (@wmsupplystudio). Registered names of entrants will be mentioned in the announcement posts.

3. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to residents of Metro Manila, Philippines, only.

• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

4. Entry Mechanics:

• Entries must be made using the pop-up on the official website (www.wmsupplystudio.com).

• Entrants must provide VALID full name, mobile number, email, and delivery address.

• Entrants must comment and/or tag one friend under the official raffle giveaway post via the Promoter’s Instagram account.

• Entrants are encouraged to share one recent Promoter post on their public Instagram story, tagging @wmsupplystudio for visibility.

• Invalid details will render an entry VOID.

5. Prize Delivery:

• The delivery of winning items (one each) will be made on the drawing day.

• The winner is responsible for logistics and delivery.

• Turned over Prize may vary in final style. Photos presented in promotion of giveaway stand as reference and may not be exact to delivered item.

6. Prize Forfeiture:

• If the giveaway prize is not claimed within 48 hours of announcement, it shall be forfeited.

 

7. Entry Limit:

• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.

8. Exclusions:

• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

• Instagram or Facebook is not affiliated or involved in the competition.

9. Prize Substitution:

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an item of equal or higher value if the specified prize becomes unavailable.

10. Liability:

• The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s control, the competition or these terms and conditions may be canceled, terminated, modified, or suspended.

12. Winner Announcement:

• The winner's name and social media username may be posted on The Promoter's social media profiles after the winner has been selected.

13. Acceptance of Terms:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter once requested. This data is to be stored discreetly.

15. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

​

16. Final Decision:

• The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering the WELLMADE Christmas Raffle Giveaway and Extended Raffle Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
